Who We Are

Pilates Social Club is led by a Body Harmonics Certified Pilates Teacher and Movement Educator. Helping people strengthen and lengthen their bodies, so that they can move optimally, and perform their best at their favourite sport or physical activity, such as walking, hiking, equestrian sports, skiing and hockey, and taking time to become aware of our bodies' abilities, is what Pilates Social Club is all about.

 

Pilates Social Club offers a unique approach to movement that helps build strong, flexible, and lean bodies, while also helping reduce tension and stress in the body. Pilates Social Club's approach is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, and that taking care of your body is essential for overall well-being.

Pilates is also inclusive and can be adapted to suit people of all ages and abilities. Our programs at Pilates Social Club are designed  meet you where you are at.
